3 cent nickel. name the error

Is this struck off center? misaligned dies? I don't have this in hand so I can't offer much more info except that the reverse appears to be centered but I can't say for sure. Thanks mike imageimage

    If the reverse is centered, I'd be thinking misaligned dies.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
