New Silver Dollar Show, thank-you's

The New Silver Dollar Show had lower attendance than what we'd expected, yet we still managed to have a successful and productive business, both buying and selling. Most active for us were Colonials and Bust Halves. "Thanks" to one "forum member" and another "lurker" who stopped by and said "Hi". I hope everyone who went enjoyed the show as much as we did. Reviews off the floor seemed mixed, and quite a few dealers left early. But several, including our neighbor, seemed to do very well.
It was an honor to meet Mr. Hendershott in person. For those who do not know who he is, Mr. Hendershott's 104 years old and actually attended the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. His collection is the basis of his catalog of World's Fair memorabilia and is the most definitive reference available. I bought a couple of minor trinkets from the auction of his personal collection. Despite his advanced years, the man's sharp as a tack.
Thanks to Randy Campbell for sitting down with me and providing excellent tips on recognizing overdipped coins, especially Washington quarters. Thanks also to Scotsman Coins for putting on such a great show. We look forward to next year's installment.
Sincerely,
