Would this count as proof like?

From other images I have compared it to, it looks like it might be to me, but I'm not sure.

Hard to tell from that image, but not a definite 'yes', so probably not (if that made sense).

We can't tell that from a scan. You have to be able to read newsprint at 2"-4" on both sides without any loss of clarity to be Prooflike. The fields look a little rough so it might be semi PL but it does look like it could be PL or DMPL because from the frost it was a fairly new die that struck that coin.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

Looks like it could be. It IS hard to tell from the picture.

I'll have to agree with ursabear on the cartwheel luster, though- that looks great.

It's virtually impossible to tell from a scanned image whether or not a Morgan is PL, but there's no doubt about it when you see 'em in person! I saw one for the first time at a coin shop here in town and I knew it from a mile away, sure enough I walked up to it and it was slabbed as a PCGS DMPL. Those are nice enough to make me want to go out and start collecting Morgans, well almost.
