Yes, you have to login to collectors-society then toward the top there will be a list of words and when you put your curser of the word COINS a menu will drop down and just click on MY ORDER STATUS and it will give you a list of all past and present invoice numbers.
I assume the submission results are confidential but I often wonder why. I have several coins,999999-001, 999999-002, 999999- 003 that are blockbuster Pf69 U/C. I would love to know who had the eye to submit these three gems and when they were submitted. Do dealers have any access to this info that the rest of us don't?

RR: I looked where you pointed me to but I guess that feature is not available for the freeby subscription. It only had options for their registry. Oh well - I guess I can always call them if I get antsy to find out. Thanks!
You have to call customer service first and get a password. Then when you go to www.ngccoin.com/dealers and plug in your number and password it will list all the invoices you sent and the status. If the coins have been graded then you click on the invoice number to see the grades.

There is a way to get the information on line if you have a dealer number and a password. Once you do, go to:
ngccoin.comdealers
When you are asked for the dealer number, put a "0" in front of your actual dealer number.

I don't know how it works for non-dealers.
