    Did PCGS show FBL on that type of slab?

    PCGS didn't start issuing slabs with the "FBL" descriptor until the late 80's or early 90's. As such this coin, if it is FBL would have to be re-submitted for reconsideration. I'd be leery of this type of coin because 51S is pretty illusive in solid FBL. The price on this coin is already above what I would pay for a very solid 51S in MS65FBL - You're better off getting one that has already been designated, and then still take a good close look at it!
