To be more precise blue folders have
new messages
since your last visit and the yellow ones do not.

Mine stay blue also. Do I need to change an IE setting?

Mine stay blue. But at work, where I can also send PMs, they do change colors.

They stay blue if you don't log out to reset what has or hasn't been seen. I hate to imagine the cookies on your hard drive if they are always blue.

Gilbert,
What's worse than that, is if you get cookies in your keyboard. And, take my word for it, you don't want to try rinsing them out with beer!
