Help adding icons

Can someone tell me how to add new icons to the icon table? I've got an icon I'd like to use and don't know how to add it. It seems you must pick from what's available.

    You just missed it, every now and then Carol opens this feature up, the ability to upload your own personal Icons. It is now off, watch these boards and the US Coins boards for whenever this feature gets turned on. This recent passed time it was allowed for around 8 hours.
