Does this Barber quarter have acne?

I'm looking for a 1892 Barber quarter and come across this one.. It looks like its has acne.
PCGS Currency: HOF 2013, Best Low Ball Set 2009-2014, 2016, 2018. Appreciation Award 2015, Best Showcase 2018, Numerous others.

    That coin sure looks cleaned to me. The seller claims uncleaned, but maybe he meant uncleaned by him!image mdwoods

    If you look at the rim at 3:00 and 9:00 there are signs of an old mounting. This was jewelry and the dings are from the coin swinging against another surface. It also looks shined up a bit. Too bad.

    I was recently in Mexico and in the Pharmacies they had different pills/creams for Acne, boy could this quarter use some!
