Does this Barber quarter have acne?

I'm looking for a 1892 Barber quarter and come across
this one.
. It looks like its has acne.

That coin sure looks cleaned to me. The seller claims uncleaned, but maybe he meant uncleaned by him!

If you look at the rim at 3:00 and 9:00 there are signs of an old mounting. This was jewelry and the dings are from the coin swinging against another surface. It also looks shined up a bit. Too bad.

I was recently in Mexico and in the Pharmacies they had different pills/creams for Acne, boy could this quarter use some!
