Some Gorrell previews

Jim Halperin was nice enough to forward images of the Gorrell collection for early previewing on IndianHeads.org. As mentioned by Rick Snow in a previous thread, these sets of Flying Eagle & Indian cent business strikes & proofs will be auctioned by Heritage in the January FUN Sale in Orlando, FL. It includes the only two MS68 IHs ever graded by PCGS (1861 & 1899), the only FE to grade MS67 (1858LL), and the only 1856 MS66 (S-3). But the list of rarities and beautiful coins only begins there.
So far only a handful of the 'showcase' coins are posted on the site, but more will be added soon. Special thanks to Mr. Halperin for remembering our conversation at Long Beach, and following through -- I'm sure his table is full with much more important commitments.
Two of the Showdown collections are also now posted on the site's Collections page. Both the Blay & Enholm (Ally) sets have many images attached, and hopefully more will be added in the future. There are a couple of other major sets out there I look forward to adding down the road.

Those 68s are something! Wish I could hold (have) one. I'm just sorry I couldn't see the showdown.
