Can't help you on the bi-metal coin. On proof Britannias, you get the best prices on eBay. They come out regularly but you have to be patient and wait your turn if you want to get them at the price you want (gotta be reasonable) as there are a few competition. Here's a link to a BU 2001 UK 1 oz gold Britannia that is ending soon slabbed by PCGS as 52nd minted coin with a grade of MS65.
