Yep- this seller tells you (in the blue print) that this "is not a third party graded coin".
He also tells you to buy the coin and not the holder.
"Holder tells you this is MS68.
Coin tells you it's MS65.
I believe the coin.

By the grading standard used, I would say a sattelite firm belonging to the owner of Accugrade.

Judging from the text, I'd say he also plans on slapping on PayPal fees after the auction ends but is just barely not saying that in the text because he knows he'll be shut down.
