"Year Sets" replaced by "Mint Sets" in registry

When PCGS said there were going to be "Year Sets" in the registry, I wondered what the requirements would be (e.g. mint set plus commemoratives for a particular year). Well they answered that question by stealing the name and thus meaning, too bad, they now sound mundane.

    Really nice government issue mint sets are extremely tough. People go through
    stacks and stacks of these looking for either gem dollars or gem halfs etc. By the
    time everyones done there aren't any choice sets left.
