    Jon,

It has to quite satisfying to finally finish the set. Will you focus on upgrading or perhaps move to another series. In any event, CONGRATULATIONS!

Very nifty to see 100% in the completion column! You should lay the coins out next to each other on a table so that you can see what you accomplished and admire the complete set all at one time.

Of Course We as Registry Members and Merc Collectors know Jon is just Collecting the Numbers and the Plastic. Maybe that is why he took so long and looked at every 23S he could find before Buying one for his Set.

Just had to add this. Damn I get tired of reading this Statement from people that do not participate in the Registries.imageimage

Thanks guys. It does feel good to be 100%. There are a few I want to upgrade like the 35-D in 64. And a few more. But hey, if I can't find coins that I like better than my 63,s I'll just have to stay with the coins I like.

I have started buying some Walkers and a few type coins.

    Ken,

Buying the number sure would be easier wouldn't.

The mercury dime set isn't the easiest set to complete. Conradulations on completing the set. I only wish to get close to 90% and in my wildest dreams maybe complete the set.

    Hello everyone,

I just spent my lunch time looking over Jon's set, Wow!!! It is something to be proud of and a significant accomplishment. Even if I never get my set finished, at least I have seen one. We know it can still be done with some patience. Congratulations Jon, and good luck with your upgrades and your new collecting interest, and I can sure understand how you could be drawn to Walkers.

    Jon,

Congrats on completing your set. The rest of the Merc guys and gals can appreciate the time, effort, and $$ it took to accomplish this.

Good luck with your Walker and type sets. One of the advantages of starting a type set is that you can almost always find something you need; the biggest obstacle is being able to afford all of the beautiful coins you can find.
