I have heard that many people have contacted Joshs family about cards or money that they never received.

People..Have a heart, dont contact Joshs family...just write this one off. The Rothstiens have lost a child. Do you realize how terrible it must be for a parent to see a child die before them. They are in tremendous pain and grief and DO NOT need anyone from a Collectors site telephoning or emailing them about cards-

ITS ONLY CARDBOARD FOR GOD SAKE> WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A LIFE HERE!

My guess is that those people who have been calling or emailing have never lost a person close to them, or they would understand how trivial a card is to this entire matter.

As someone who can speak from experience having just lost a mother,grandmother and friend in Josh Rothstein, let me tell you...when you finally do loose a close friend you will look back at your actions with deep sorrow and regreat and wonder how you could have been so insensitive to the entire situation.

Dont blow this message off as "an old guy" telling you whats right and wrong. This is truth and i am trying to save you a hard lesson here.

If you still insist on collecting a debit from Josh then I WILL ASSUME HIS LIABILITIES. So contact me; IF YOU CONTACT THE FAMILY AGAIN I WILL NOT HONOR ANY DEALS WITH YOU!!!! AM I CLEAR!!!

Here is what i will want from you if you really insist on going through with this:

1. Emails to and from Josh about the trade.
2. Proof you sent him a card
3. Proof he won an ebay auction etc
4 Proof you made him a deal.

    I agree totaly with what your saying and admire the way your handling this many people have just said how they should beat these people up and that they should go to he!!. what your doing shows great respect for the family and respect to Josh you are a great example of a freind and I aplaud you.

Why the heck did you even make that comment on this post by Tony? That isn't even cool. Cards are Cardboard, they aren't worth someone's life like Tony was trying to say, but you can't understand, because all you care about is T-MAC, and how great T-Mac is. Blah Blah Blah.
