Yep, I can see just a tinge of toning beginning to form on the rim. Browns and oranges are very common on Franklins in my experience. I don't think that we are at the dipping stage yet
Looks like you have a nice MS63/64 half there that's just starting to tone. Put it in an intercept holder and it should stay nice. I personally like to see a little bit of toning like that to attest to the originality of coins, but that's up to the individual's taste.
