I just got this at a very small local show. It was in a proof set for a long time and the dealer just sent the set in for its first grading.
This Mercury has a few more hairlines than the one in my type set so has a lower grade. But I think I'm going to keep this one and sell my other one. It has the look I've been looking for, light cameo contrast with nice fields that have no flowlines. This has some but is close to a mirror.

<< <i>Yup, that is the same guy. I didn't speak with his wife, but she nudged Vince to let him know I was waiting. Vince was spending time with someone else he obviously knew from before. I didn't have anything else to look at but was in no hurry. They both seemed very nice. I'm only 45 minutes from their store. I've never been there but will certainly take a look soon. >>
Carl, he was talking to me - I remember this taking place. I was discussing my quandry with him. His wife, Barbara is extremely nice, as is Vince. He has a great knowledge and eye for coins. I had better get a jersey with LanLord on it for these shows
and it sets us apart from practitioners and consultants. Gregor
