Nice Jefferson Nickels BNE!!

Thanks for showing them to me! We went to a very small local show today and BNE brought some super awesome Jeffersons. I got to see a Deep Cameo '42-P. Also a 1955 and 1958 in 68 DCAM. Also 2 SMS DCAM nickels! That alone made it worth going to the show. Thanks BNE!

    It was truly a pleasure meeting you, Carl! Carl brought along some absolutely incredible COLOR proof Jeffersons: sky blue, a deep, deep purple and dark blue combo(!), and other crazy, crazy colors, as well as a superb '50 67CAM that is destined for a DCAM holder some day. Carl is a great guy, and my daughter loved his pretty toned coins. I'm sure we'll meet again soon.

    I'm jealous.....sounds like you guys are having way to much fun. Do you think it is the Nickel/Copper alloy that does it? It is the way Nickels tone that set the hook years ago. If you lay Jeffersons out side by side each will have its own tone and luster...certainly not cookie-cutter sets.

    I would also like to see that 1942P DCAM. Sounds like an incredible coin. The 1940 & 1950 Proof DCAMs are extremely hard to find and greatly underrated.
