I can't seem to find any refernce to the West Point Mercury dime on the PCGS site - can someone tell me where it might be?

In memory of BL, SM, and KG. 16 and forever young, rest in peace.
Adolph Weinmans Initials is what you are looking at on the Obverse. Mint Marks are on the Reverse.

Actually the West Point mint began in the 1970's when they were striking cents and quarters for circulation but they did not use a mintmark and their production can't be told from the Philadelphia produced coins. They struck cents beginning in 1974 (I think they stopped cent production in 1985.) and quarters in 1976 and possibly 1977. They also struck 1 centisimo pieces for Panama in 1977. The only place where I know the mintage figures can be found is in the 1980 edition of the Coin World Almanac and there is one reference in the Redbook where it shows some 696 million cents struck at West Point in 1985.
