I didn't think that PCGS slabbed any of the 9-11 coins but this one looks like a PCGS slab?

Why did they slab them/how did you get them?

I think technically, CU slabbed the coin, not PCGS. There are zillions of them, so it's not hard to buy one if you want.

Apparently, a large coin dealer bought them up after they were recovered and made a deal with CU.
