2000 SAE spots?

Can you tell me what these spots are from?
They look brown. The coin has been stored in a air-tite.
I got the coin last winter from a ebay seller.
Are the spots doing damage?
Should I dip it to clean the spots from the coin?
I know the coin is not worth much, but I'm trying to learn from it.
Thanks,

It should dip right out...

WARNING- I have never dipped anything- this is only my opinion and it is not backed by any insurance
You could do what Louie does and dump it on someone through a swap.
Just my opinion,

Lucie- that there is the "wounded eagle" variety. It is much scarcer than the KENNEDY OSWALD because it appears in living color...
Don't let it go for under 250k
was 100 degrees out.

I could not wipe it off with the end of a Q-tip.
I'm thinking about dipping it just to see what happens.
Unless.............
