MS Excel Help

I keep all my coins listed in MS Excel spreadsheets. This morning I was going to update one of the files and "Oh S**T"... it won't open!!. So I figure I'll just go to my backup copy but "Oh S**T", thats one of the things I never got around to doing(I really know better).

I know alot of forum members keep spreadsheets...is there any hope to recover the data in this file or am I just out of luck?

A reminder to everyone...BACK IT UP!!

You also might want to look in the directory where your coins spreadsheet was for any file with a name close to what yours was only starting with the ~ (tilda), this may be a recent temp file created while updating. If you can open it you can recover some of your spreadsheet. What ever you do, don't overwrite the one that is now corrupt or you'll lose any chance to recover it.
