Well this would have been a nice MS64+ coin but it has a little problem not mentioned by accugrade maybe you can see it better in this photo taken from a slightly different angle.
you got it Russ. It looks like somebody wiped it once horizontally but I knew this when I bought it. It still has a good look to it. Here's a picture of the slab. mike
ACG? Thats an unusual holder.I didnt recognize it as ACG . I cant even read the letters A C G on the slab. Is it a glare? Anyway.Ya.Poor coin is whizzed and wouldnt make it in a `good` holder. ....I think...maybe not.
On your `64 63CAM Don....I just noticed on the area of Kennedys neck. Its rippled and not smooth. It looks like skin. I noticed this also on a BU `64 half dollar business- strike I have. This must be part of the design? I thought it might be from a deteriorating die. That also makes the coin surface look like human skin sometimes. But I see this on your proof of the same year. Am I the only one that sees this?

Same coin out of holder under proper lighting.

Did I remember to thank you for out-bidding me on that coin?
Karl,
My guess is that on the 2nd pic it's the angle that made the difference. Very difficult to see hairlines in a straight on shot.
