Nope, I haven't put this one up. It might have been a 83cc gsa that you are thinking of that I put up before. I just went to the safe box today and pulled out a few.

It's always hard to grade from scans but I'm going to say 64. Is there something above the cap?

Mrlee, yes what you see above cap is on the coin. I know it's tough to grade from scan. I just thought I'd play a little. Since I've been a member I've watched others post scans. Now since I have the stuff to do it with thought it's my turn. I'll put the slab up in a while have to run.

Thanks, problem is I bought a lot of these a while back and some are the same date. But not the same grade and such. I'll try and post them spaced apart.

Looks like an average 65 so I can't say too much bad about it but I saw the huge ticks over the hat under the U in unibus & the rev haze & spots right away. It does have the > over ther ear where the 2 lines make up 3 strands of hair that I like to see to be able to call the coin well struck. The eagle is nicely detailed too. I don't like goiterneck coins where the frost runs into the field. I can't help it but I always think of a bad artificial frost job. I know it's not though.

Now I feel better dog. I didn't want you to miss a chance to pick on a morgan. But notice I show the coin as it is and not try for less detail so you can't pick at it. It's a decent coin that I've had for quite some time, and got it at a decent price.
