Question on crossovers and choosing the grade

I know that on a crossover you can choose to cross at the same grade, and (I believe) only at a higher grade- you can even cross at any grade... now...

Can you specify a minimum crossover grade? For example:

You have a slab company X MS67- can you say cross at anything MS65 or above, or do you need to choose one of the three I mentioned above?

Yes, you can pick a minimum grade. It can be the same, higher, or lower than the current grade.

NGC will only allow you to pick the same or lower, not higher.

There is a blank on the form for minimum grade. You can enter any number you want, lower, higher or the same or cross at any grade if you leave it blank.
