PCGS Grading on Kennedy's

Hey Gang!

Is it me or PCGS has gotten to the point where an obvious MS-67 coins are graded MS-66 ???
Right now I'm concentrating on Kennedy's and Franklin's and the newer slabs (Barcode in front) seem to be on the most part a grade lower than before!!!

The reason I'm saying this is: Today I recieved 2 coins from TheNumish a 92-D and 97-D and both coins are PL and virtually flawless! They have cleaner fields and less marks than some MS-67's that I have !?! ...and these are not the only Kennedy's that I see in newer slabs that seem undergraded!

Arrggg!!!
Excuse me, I'm just frustrated....

I got one batch of 20 Kennedy's that were graded 64, 65, and 66. After putting them side by side and looking at them under a loupe I could tell that the number of minute dings that are characteristic of Cupro-Nickel Clad coins was different from one to the other - more obvious on the 64's and less on the 66's. However, you're right, the 66's looked almost flawless to the point where you really couldn't tell with the naked eye that these were anything less than almost perfect coins.
