superb gem proof CAMEO!! exceptional toned merc dime

this coin currently resides in an ngc proof 67 holder certified before the cameo designation. this coin is a really super nice 67 coin and to me a 68 and at the very least if resubmitted an easy star designated coin! the toning is utterly fantastic ....... also the coin is fully cameoed on borh sides! the reverse is a solid cameo with the obverse a cameo plus easy!!!

also this coin has not quite fully split middle bands

in terms of toning, mirrored fields and eye appeal WITH A SOLID CAMEO BOTH SIDES this coin is MONSTER!!!!!!

usually merc dimes come dipped white hazy with shallow mirrors or just plain ugly to neutral eye appeal this coin is an extremely rare exception

this coin is in an eastern collection and has been examined by me and the above comments are my own this coin is not for sale nor has it been sold this coin is posted to show what a GREAT! coin in the proof merc series looks like with some commentary that others might enjoy it and help them to better understand and hopefully to only buy GREAT! coins

only buy great coins a great coin can be under 100 dollars or over 100,000 a great coin could be a poor 1 coin or a gem 65 66 67 68 coin, i have focused on gem coins that for the most part are monster toned as this is what is mostly in this eastern collection!

this coin was acquired a few years ago from Mr. mark feld of pinnacle rarities.............

mr mark feld....lol many have asked me where did you get these coins!!!!!!!!!!!and for me i have nothing to hide!! i got permission from the owner of this eastern collection to tell where the coins came from!
now not to say anything pro or con about the dealers but let the coins speak for tehmselves and give others options and let them think as i want everyone on here to only buy great coins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and have fun and after all is said and done at the very least if and when they deside to sell that they at least get what they paid and maybe more!!!!!!!! then there will be no surprises and if you only buy great coins i think and there are no guarantees but i think you will do okie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you buy great coins!

for me i am just someone who loves coins 24/7 i mean if i was effiaiated with any coin seller i would not be on here i would be selling coins and very busy..........lol
