I have been hearing about the Certified Coin Exchange for years now. CCE
I see it on 24/7 every time I go into the local coin shops. It seems this is an important tool for dealers to know exactly how much coins are selling for,at least in the sight UNseen market.
I would like to find out as much about it's uses as I can.Good,bad,whatever.
I am thinking of subscribing if the news is good.
Here is the link for them for those who have no idea what I am talking about..
I am a sponge for knowledge![image](https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif)

From what I can gather, it is a way for dealers to hook up with other dealers across the country and sell their goods sight unseen to other dealers. So if you see a generic Peace dollar in MS-65 with an ask of $60, there is a dealer actively trying to sell a Peace dollar at that price.
CCE is based out of Houston Texas. It is NOT the best system around. More of a buy list for marketmakers in a particular field. If you post a bid, sightunseen, then you buy the coin for X dollars and pay no shipping, usually the transaction is consumated within a week. If you post sight seen bids, you are not obligated to buy, but your frequency of returns is posted and most dealers will see if you are a player or looker. I wouldn't recommend it if you want PQ material or are looking for high end( MS67 or up) coins. It's a trading system that has seen better days and the number of dealers on the system is substantially less than several years ago. The system does have a FACTS board, which is good for deals of coins, from Lincolns to Dollars.
