Who needs Windows XP?

i have:
Windows XP Home 2002 - OEM Full Version NOT the Upgraded Version
Comes with a sealed, brand new CD, manual instructions and license (key codes). Key codes NOT ACTIVATED
my company is not using this upgrade

but really i have the genuine microsoft item, not a burned cd rom version..i had to ask!
If it's an OEM CD it's likely built for a specific OEM machine. If that's the case selling or trading it is pointless since the CD will look for a specific system before it installs.
On the front of the CD does it say something like " To be sold with new computers only " ?
