Do they still grade ms65 like these anymore?

This is a common date that I've had in the old rattle holder for years.
Just curious as I don't see 65's on the market like this anymore.

    Looks like a high end 65 to me. Might make 66.

    Nice coin STMAN! I can't tell by the scan, but if the fields are clean it'd probably have a shot at 66 today.

    That's because when collectors find a 65 like that they say hey that's nice I'm keeping it and not dumping it on eBay or Teletrade with my other junk.
    A few of those rattler Morgans were undergraded though.
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
