    Isn't this "Shill Bidding"? If you check TOPPSGUN's bids, he has bid on several Dan Markel auctions recently..thereby inflating the final price. I thought you couldn't do that on EBAY.

    For many months, Dan has been crying out for help. A nervous breakdown was inevitable. It's a shame that he chose to destroy his great Ebay feedback in the process.

    For the record, Toppsgun and Dude are most certainly two different veteran collectors whose collecting interests overlap in some areas. They are well informed and experienced in vintage baseball cards. Furthermore, they are good friends, yet passionate collectors. They engage in some pretty tough baseball card negotiations between themselves and they don't cut each other much slack. Having said that, my interactions with them have been rewarding and I continue to learn from both them over time. I'm hopeful I can meet them again in Atlantic City (2003)! image
