What the rate of upgrades is for in-slab submissions to PCGS is? I know the cross-over rate is about 1 in 3. I was wondering if any body knows about what % of coins upgrade when submitted for a regrade.

    My batch of 7 received them back last week..... was 0 for 7 , not a single upgrade, and they all are real candidates. So the best shot at an upgrade in the present time, would be to send them raw. just my opinion.
