Heritage Auction Shipping.

Have seen many complaints about how long it takes Heritage to ship after a Auction. Guess I'm lucky. Won the Coins in the Bullet Action last Monday and received them today. No complaints here at all.

Are they listening and taking care of problems or was this just luck ?

Bullet auctions are fast and their regular auctions are fast. The big ones with floor bidding in a different state can take a while.

I had my win from the bullet auction last friday.
  • lucky you!

i paid for both my signature sale and bullet auction lots by phone at the same time. i received the bullet auction lots but no signature sale lots in sight and that was after the gal told me they couldn't be shipped together because the signature lots were already goin out the door! i also won lots in the CAA sale and my payment cleared my bank on 9/30 but they haven't shipped those either. i called heritage today but once i got past the pbx operator, no one answered the phone after about 20 rings. i guess this is their idea of 'customer service'. i'm slowly moving my business away from heritage/CAA and splitting that money (in excess of a $100k a year) among the auction houses that at least try make me think they care.
