Did I get a good deal on this 1889 CC Morgan

I sniped this 1889 CC Morgan last night on ebay. I figure $137 for a G-VG 1889 CC Morgan is a good deal. What do you think? Thanks

I would say yes. My vote would be a full good, but it does have some obverse scratches. A MUCH better date.

Nice way to fill a tough hole!

I don't agree with G/VG. Needs full rims for good, plus the scratches. I'd say AG.

It's AG and pretty cool. I like those keys, especially CCs even if they are problem coins. The coin shows character if you ask me.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

Yes, with that one, a 93s and 95 in similar manner you would have the set whupped. I'd say that was a good pickup.

Seems like a fair price for the coin. I'll admit I don't like how the description called the scratches hairlines.

    Hey Beatleman,
    What grade is your 1903-O?

Coin is About Good and a problem one at that with the scratches.
Wouldn't want to be in it at that money.
The most money I made are on coins I haven't sold.

    Got quoins?
