Orlando show update

I went to the Central Florida coin show today in Orlando. It was a bit smaller than I expected. The last show I went to was the FUN show so I guess all will look small to me after that. There were maybe 50 dealers. I was hunting for proof Lincolns from 1936-1942 and found just 2 1942's One was cleaned. I did find a nice proof 1972-S silver dollar for a friend. Then I bought 3 barber halves I needed in my vg-F collection. That dealer told me he sold 19, 100 OZ bars to another dealer there. They were huge. I don't know why you would want this much silver. That dealer was pretty nice and we talked for a bit. My big buy was a 1830 O-120 half in AU58 for $230. I have a few in AU50 but not this nice.
Randy from ANACS was there. I showed him 1 coin and he confirmed my worries that my coin was cleaned.
My surprise was that ACG was there. I walked over to take a look. They were selling a bunch of NGC graded gold american eagles. I'm not sure why they were doing that. Then I saw the devil himself -AH. He is a rather strange looking guy. He was bragging to a guy who had modern comms for grading, telling him how he could double his money if they were graded by AGC. He show him one and said, this one grades at PF70 and sells for this; this one grades at PF69. I didn't stick around after that. Looks like he was going after people who were new to coins.
I'm going back to the show tomorrow. I'm the greeter at the door, plus there were some books I wanted to buy.

Anyway, as expected, the show was a little on the vacant side because it was Sunday, so I didn't really do too much looking around. I bought a few common date Standing Liberty Quarters. I think this might be the next series I get into. How 'bout it? Any SLQ collectors out there?
Oh, today was the day Diane Hager was manning the Accugrade booth, just in case any of you wanted to get an autograph.
