IrishMike - I can't PM from home.

Sorry for posting the answer on the forum, but I don't want to be rude. According to Dr.Wiles work, tripling occurs on the Pr 64 half in a variety of places and die combinations. The most obvious one appears to be DMR-8, with tripling on the "we trust", the "y" of liberty, and quad on the 4 of the date. Coincidentally, this is also the AH coin. If it isn't that variety, most of the other triples also appear in the same area. Hope this helps.image

Well anyway here is the deal, I bought a triple die 64 pf Kennedy, because I am collecting double and triple dies and s/s d/d etc mint mark coins. Only tripling I could see was on the 4, just wondered if there were other areas showing tripling.

Thanks guys, and I'll work on it tomorrow. Mike, many of the DMRs exhibit tripling. Usually the 4 and legend are affected. Hope it helps.image
