TAGZ/Superior Galleries Countersuit?

I have never been, nor do I think I want to be a customer of TAGZ/Superior Galleries. Actually, there are about 5 minutes from my office too.

My head is spinning from all of the TAGZ threads and various non-legal and legal advice to those that are currently in or about to be involved in litigation with this dealer.

I will not pretend to know slander/libel, and the many variations of such. However, as I have said in the past, my firm does do class action consumer protection lawsuits. And for the most part, a good defense is sometimes a good offense.

Since I have not intimate knowledge of how TAGZ/Superior does business, I cannot even begin to access whether there is anything deceptive or illegal as to their business.

However, whenever I hear consumers complain as much as those in this forum has, it just makes me think that's there's someting rotten in Denmark.

Does TAGZSuperior charge unusually high fees, restocking charges, any types of penalties for their transactions, do they refund monies quickly, if so how, ect? Are there deceptive advertising practices? These are all questions that a TAGZ/Superior customer should be asking themselves. If so, they have probably charge the same fees/penalties to other consumers, possibly, hundreds of other consumers over the years they have been in business.

Anyway, those are my 2 non-legal cents.

Michael
