I would guess between VF20 and VF35. The cut above the word centennial might keep it out of a slab. It would probably go for about
    $75 on ebay.

I pulled out my VF20 Alabama for comparison -- clearly considerably more worn than yours -- let me change my range on yours to VF35 or EF45!

Here's a PCGS VF-25 that looks less worn than your coin:
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

    Hello,

There are two types of Alabama commemoratives, the 2X2, and the no 2x2. The 2x2 is the rarer of the two types. Your coin is the no 2x2 and according to Coin World Trends is worth about $65 EF-40 and $95 AU-50. A lot of numismatic abuse with the type of commemorative leading to some AU and EF coins. Can be very expensive in MS64 and above. I would grade your coin AU-50.

Dog -- I think your coin is a bit more worn.

Here is a comparison of the VF20, VF25, and the coin in question. Based on this sequence, I would go with the middle of the very wide range I've suggested -- about VF35.
