I won an auction from from a guy claiming to be the original buyer of several proof sets. When I received my set, he included a note saying he had others available including a '64. Long story short. He sent me pics and said he only wanted $12... Here is the result:

Put up a pic of the reverse. That coin might go the distance. It looks at least cam, and at least PR67.

Very nice!!! I never get offered coins like that for $12, I must be hanging out in the wrong parts of time. They do have 2 for 1 happy hour where I hang out though so..........

The other coin in the '64 proof set worth talking about was the Jeff. Beautiful CAM obverse. The reverse isn't cam but still a nice coin. I can't believe both coins were in the same set. I'd post a pic, but can't seem to get a decent scan of proof nickels for some reason...arghhh. Maybe it's time to get the Ricoh Russ talks about or the Nikon.
