"Carbon spots" are OK so long as the price is right, but that can apply to anything except counterfeits. Sometimes a spot like drives collectors nuts, and that's why they don't want the coin.

It's graded correctly because of the carbon, otherwise a fairly decent coin. Trust us, the carbon spot will not be tolerable the longer you hold on to it...numobri is right on with the comment. CM
Of course, it's a common date '98-o, not a much rarer '90-o. Also, there is rub on the cheek, so if graded it wouldn't surprise me if it came back AU. There is absulutely nothing special about this piece, and for a little more you can get a real MS63 that is already graded. So, why bother with this one?
