    bob greene he is okie

just make sure as with anyone you do business with in coins make sure you know and understand waht you are looking at!!!!!!!!!! and if you see something get it on apoproval look at it and deside the same day and if you do not want it send it back the same or next day!
  • Ironically "Park Avenue" is NOT that Park Avenue [the one in NYC]. They are located in Long Island in a somewhat slimey part of Nassau county. However, they have a WestHampton PO Box.

I bought a handful of coins from them about a year ago and they were very marginal [i kept 4 of 10]. I called to complain and cranky Bob was just that. Took me almost 2 months for a refund. Guess who I no longer buy from? His loss as I spend nearly $20k on 10 coins.

    Rude?

Losers. T' heck wid 'em. image

Life is too short to deal with snooty coin dealers.

I've heard of 'em, but never done business. Now I may never do so.

  • Living in Long Island, I met them several times at coin shows. The guy is really a jerk and coins are overgraded in my opinion. I would avoid them at all costs!!!!!! Just my opinion
Found a circulated 1903 0 Morgan to complete my Morgan dollar collection!!
  • I've also heard bad things about them. Don't get "Park Avenue" associated with snooty people. My parents own an apartment on Park Avenue.

Koinkrazy - I tried to deal with Bob, actually they were proof seated halves (up your alley). Sent them all back, they were supposed to be PQ, looked like he ripped them all from Teletrade. Then I saw him in action on the bourse floor at a couple of shows, and it became obvious. He has no eye for coins.
Some refer to overgraded slabs as Coffins. I like to think of them as Happy Coins.
