also how do you tell what the number of the coin is? from the first column.
  • those r grades for how worn the coin is.. 1 is the worst 70 is the best anything below 60 is circulated ( is worn ) 65,66,67 are high grades is the coin u r looking up worn?

  • Not a problem. 65, 66, 67 and so forth represent the uncirculated grades this coin could be found in. The higher the number the better the grade. If your piece is circulated it won't be on this listing and as I said, the coin in this case would be just worth about 3 cents.

    Imnotcrazy -

You have a coin that, if it looks like all other coins you have seen, is worth a penny - sorry.

However, if it appears to have just been minted - in other words - if it's PERFECTLY FLAWLESS - it may have some value.

"spare change? Nahhhhh...never have any...sold it all on E-bay..."
see? My Auctions "Got any 1800's gold?"
  • one of the 3 are in pretty good condition. but i dont know..oh well i think now that someone is laying it out in laymen terms for me i can probably figure it out.
  • imnotcrazy - Don't ever hesitate to ask questions. All of us must learn throughout our coin time, and often one of the better ways to learn is from other coin-persons (or Bears, as the case may be image )
