In an Accustink holder, there's no tellin'. IMHO they graded it correctly (surprise, surprise!). That just leaves the concerns about authenticity and potential hidden problems.
Still, it might be worth a (cautious) gamble. The fact that it's being sold by a large, well-known dealer with a published return policy takes some of the worry away. A little bit, anyway.
Sure would like to see a bigger picture of the MM area...
