Can someone offer some help with an oversized scan?

I'd like to post a couple of scans of a coin I bought at LB but the file is too big. I'd appreciate it if someone could 'reformat' it or tell me how to do it.

...I've got Photoshop so I can do it real fast....just tell me the size you need.
