Eric: And risk the chance that the picture comes out too good so I am labeled a "scan enhancer" or risk the chance the picture comes out looking worse than the actual coin and hear it from that contingent. No thanks. image

Just my typical "sight'seen" sale here allowing the buyer to review the coin with his microscope in the privacy of his own home (I am still running around 1700/0 on my positives vs. negatives on ebay without scans), but, I may try to get some of the PCGS-MS69 state quarters on my website later this year.

If you want to see a scan, go to ebay and do a search for PCGS Ohio P quarters. Just imagine the number on the holder says 69, and it has fewer marks (if the coin you see has any).

Does wondercoin pay the shipping costs both ways if not satisfied? (if it was really sight seen, no money would be spent unless the coin was kept)

Wondercoin pays shipping both ways and, in this case, the forum member, who just ordered the coin, also gets free lunch on me (limit $25) if he has to go to the trouble of packaging the coin up for a return, if he does not like it.

    Coin is now on hold.

Mike: I'm not aware of a state quarter ever selling for $15k (or even close to that figure). That isn't to say one didn't sell for that amount, but nothing I have ever been involved in or ever verified. It might be possible a phenomenal error piece could and, of course, there are those "mules". There was also a state quarter rumored sale at $25,000 I read about on the CU boards a long time ago, which was later changed to $5,000. Maybe the $15,000 is simply splitting those prices down the middle image
