Don't know if the toning is real or fake, but that listing reeks of "bad deal". The seller screams out "THIS COIN SUPER HARD TO FIND IN THIS GRADE !!!!", yet nowhere does he mention the grade. And, of course, he has a NO RETURN policy.
He also needs to learn to image coins. The scan certainly doesn't match his description.
Although, it looks like album toning, I'm not sure if it's real. It's too hard to tell for me. When I look at the toning, I see abrupt ending of colors. It's certainly questionable. I would just stay away from the coin. It's not that very good looking toning anyways.

I love the terms, "We carry an no return policy on our items, unless we misrepresent it. We have a strict no return policy on all 3rd Party graded coins."
