How does early ANACS grading stand up.

I am looking at a coin that is in one of the early (1983) photo graded inserts. How is this grading compared to current grading standards? Curious how this would grade today, or at least an idea.
Collector and Researcher of Liberty Head Nickels. ANA LM-6053

    Circulated is usually OK. Mint State is all over the place. Their MS65 could be MS63 today or MS67. There is no telling withoug seeing the coin. Do NOT trust the grade on the cert.
