Go here to the post office with all of your info. Make sure you have an email with all the bvs of all the cards. Make sure everyone can tells its sent to him. Then you will get handed 1-2 papers that you have to fill out.

Just to let you know, i once traded with someone from bethlehem PA and he ripped me off too for about 70 in trade. I bet its the same guy except with a different address.

Ripping someone off on line is not mail fraud. If you file, you won't get anywhere. You should call your police. If you don't have all of your emails saved and proof he received, your never getting anywhere. Your better off calling your police and file a report. Thats what I did and the guy went to court Monday and has to pay $775 cash to me.

I have filed for Mail Fraud on 2 occasions. First I got a package from the other trader worth more then what I sent him. The second time I got a full refund. So I'd say it works. (I used that exact form.)

I filed internet fraud and got results.The North Carolina consumer fraud department sent a letter to him and threatened court action and the cards arrived less than 2 weeks later.he was quite worried and more than willing to co-operate
