I was going through some Washingtons I had laying around and found this 1942. There seems to be a little doubling on the four and quite a bit more on the two. Is this a particular variety of 42 or any other thoughts appreciated.

    Medium spread inside upper 2 of date
    Get in touch with CONECA-they will attribute it for $5.
