Funny looking Penny

Today i was looking through some rolls and i found a very pale penny it looks a silverish red color i thought it might be toning but then i thought it would be kind of weird for it to have silverish toning. what do u think it is? image

    could be that the copper bath that the zinc planchets go through didn't take all the way - nice little error in that case!

    its from 1961 though and they didnt use zinc till 1982.. if i remember correctly but thanx for your opinion

    gmarguli posted something about that several weeks ago because he had found some also. I don't think he ever got an answer either.
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

    The coin alloy is off a little in the cents. They're really not all that uncommon.
