proof striking since the 80s

I think it's no secret that proof coins have a higher degree of being common cameo since the early eighties. Production had changed at that time
Strangely enough I need a Lincoln Proof from the nineties with a nice cameo to complete my Capital Holders 20th century collection. Is any date better than others or are they all the same?

    I don't know about the Lincolns, but in the Kennedy's the cameo is not as consistent in the '90s as it was in the '80s. I think the design change that ocurred in 1991 makes it more difficult to strike the very frosty devices we saw in the '80s. More problematic with the clads than the silvers, though.
